Hertford Regional College decided to build a brand new auditorium for their Ware Campus. Within this arena they required state-of-the-art videoconferencing and audiovisual facilities. Working with a tight budget and an ever encroaching deadline, C Hear Ltd successfully completed the project in time for the Minister of State for Life Long Learning and Development and Learning, Bill Rammell, to officially open the auditorium in October 2005.
