In July 2005, Crown Agents decided to introduce videoconferencing in their organisation to streamline communication. The initial stage was to look at their sites in Kenya and London. It was imperitive that any system implementation should be kept as simple as possible, that the products were as user friendly as possible, and that any solution should be within a strict budget.
