In late 2005, RW Baird approached C Hear Ltd to fit out new conference rooms which they were building for their office in Central London. They required full audiovisual facilities for their new Boardroom, a Presentation/Training room, and three Meeting rooms which open out to one large room. After a detailed planning process, consisting of site surveys, meetings with builders and architects, and detailed schematics, C Hear Ltd successfully installed ceiling recessed NEC projectors, motorised projection screens, interactive products and audio equipment. All the equipment was integrated with their existing videoconferencing equipment.
